check for this dude! the wolfs are talking. Ryan leslie

Dad's Birthday @ Butter from Ryan Leslie on Vimeo.

the same t-shirt can be worthless and priceless.... i understand this now - after a yard-sale i just had at my parents house.

Part of our backstage tour included the jockeys dressing room. Pretty cool stuff.

I have seen people stand in a line of 500+ people; for a chance at a promo VV T-shirt. I have also sold that same shirt at a yard sale for .50 cent. I have seen "Supreme" t-shirts sale for 50.00 at a NYC flagship store; and then I have been to the factory that helped them get started,in Lamar S.C. ( that they later, left to out-source in china) sale a prototype t-shirt for $4.00. I have seen people stand online for one hour or more for a free spring break promo t-shirt - that I could not give away later.

Its all value added, and perception!! - A good Louis Vuitton T-shirt is around 800.00, but why is that?

Oprah's KFC free-for-all sparks civil rights era-style protest. Wonderful.

May 6, 2009, 07:10 PM | by Christine Spines

Categories: Food and Drink, Oprah Winfrey

Oprahkfcchicken_l Earlier today, a hungry mob of New Yorkers (the millennial generation's version of an angry mob) staged a '60s-style sit-in at a Manhattan KFC restaurant. Why? They were protesting the store manager's refusal to honor coupons for the fast food chain's new grilled chicken courtesy of the karma-grubbing cultural icon Oprah Winfrey. Funny and absurd, sure. But I can't help but see this kerfuffle as evidence of either the beginning of the end of all that's good in the world or (pause for sip of Obama-flavored Kool-Aid) the return of power-to-the-people engagement.

The obvious response is to look at the entitlement of those free-chicken seekers as crass and pathetic. I mean, how could any fast food really be worth generating a storm of righteous indignation? And what about that Scrooge-like, power-crazed KFC store manager, who allegedly refused to play along and serve up the finger lickin' goodness to which anyone with an Internet connection is entitled. These are tough times and cheap thrills are hard to come by, much less free ones. That's tough medicine.

But how is it that chicken inspires the kind of politicized grass-roots action that hardly anybody mustered in the face of nonstop indignities (stuff like White House-approved torture, corporate corruption, and the demise of newsprint)? Does this mean that we're still capable of getting mad as hell and not taking it anymore? Or does it mean that nobody can be bothered unless it involves a free lunch? What's your take on what this means for the future of humanity -- or the power of Oprah -- PopWatchers?

Dyneema®, the world’s strongest fiber

Dyneema® is a superstrong polyethylene fiber produced using a patented gel spinning process. This remarkable fiber is up to 15 times stronger than steel and, weight-for-weight, is 40% stronger than competing aramid fibers. It has high energy absorption and low elongation. Dyneema® floats on water, and is extremely resistant to abrasion, moisture, UV rays and chemicals. As a result, it has an almost unlimited range of applications, providing maximum strength and security for minimum weight.

DSM expands Dyneema® Production in Greenville, USA

Royal DSM N.V. today announces that it will invest to expand Dyneema® UD (UniDirectional
bullet resistant sheet) production by 25% in its Greenville, North Carolina (USA) manufacturing
facility.

Dyneema Perfect Cutting White, Rating 4342Spindles with Dyneema fibre are seen at the Dyneema plant in Heerlen November 12, 2007. To ensure that their cockpit doors were bullet proof, airlines turned to Dyneema, a thermoplastic that is 15 times stronger than steel but light enough to float on water. Dutch chemical company DSM had at one time almost abandoned Dyneema as a commercial product. Now DSM is hoping it can replicate the success of Kevlar, an aramid fibre made by DuPont Co. might be the best pic ever?!

Table idea for retail spots - cotton crates will sit on top.

Wood Cut and Sew tables (with wheels), have been used for years - it makes sending garments from one operator to the other much easier.

This is the LV idea jack move they did to me..

However they cant get my tubes, cause you only get the tubes when you knit. And nobody knits and handles the finishes product..

Good job Polo!

This is a circular knit terry cloth sweatshirt. You never see stuff like this. Its big in Europe but very rare over here. Its breathable and holds its shape great. But monkey see monkey do, = nobody makes it... So good job Ralph!

LV took my idea and made it better.

No great idea is original, for the fold I wanted to showcase the product in old cotton crates.. LV did it a little nicer.
